How long does the lesson last?
The lesson takes 55 minutes.
What is the way the student should pay for classes?
All community teachers work via payment in advance: for 1 or 2 weeks, or for a full month according to the schedule.
Is it possible to change the teacher after starting the course?
In our community, you can change your teacher if he or she has free hours. Moreover, you can work with several teachers at the same time.
What level should a student have for classes in a duo group?
To work in a duo group, our mentors carefully select partners with the same level and educational goal.
Can I make a duo group with my partner?
You can and you have to! If you have a partner (friend, girlfriend, mate, etc.) with a similar level of English, we will immediately find a teacher for you!
Is it possible to only listen at the speaking club for the first time?
You can attend our speaking clubs with the camera and microphone turned off. Then our hosts will not refer to you. This can be suitable for students with a beginner level of language skills or those who are simply shy at a first meeting and want to listen and get used to the atmosphere.
How many people are usually at the meeting?
Usually, 4-8 students, 2-4 teachers and a narrator – a native speaker – are present at a speaking club session.
Is there a charge for a trial lesson?
A trial lesson costs the full price of a regular lesson.
What level are you preparing for?
We prepare up to and including C1 level.
And how exactly is the class conducted?
Classes are held online, with a smile and on Zoom platform.
Is one class a week enough?
One class per week is not enough, the minimum intensity of the class is 2 lessons per week. We do this for the sake of thorough assimilation of the material and good feedback from you in the future
How do you evaluate students’ level of English?
The level of English is assessed by our own selected placement test and at a meeting during a trial lesson.
Is there any methodological course?
The study program is individually selected for the student at his own request.
How long does it take to reach a higher level in English?
In order to prepare a student from one level to another approximately 40-45 lessons are needed.
Do you work with any age?
Our community educates students of all ages.
Under what conditions are classes held?
Classes are held on the basis of joint cooperation in an official contract between the student and the teacher.
How long do you prepare for the exam?
On average, it takes 3-4 months to successfully prepare a student for the exam, being provided with the student’s level is “above average”.
What are the advantages of duo groups?
Equal attention to students, improvement of conversational skills, opportunity to spot and correct your mistakes and mistakes of your partner, interactive and competitive exercises, discounts on tuition.
How long does the trial last?
Usually the duration of the trial is 35-45 minutes.
What will be on the test?
Tasks of the trial lesson:
⁃ to get acquainted,
⁃ find out the student’s purpose of learning English,
⁃ to estimate student’s knowledge.
