Hi! My name is Polina. I have been working as an English teacher since 2018. Also, I am a mentor at Profound! English is my life companion! I’ve got IELTS certificate C1.
I am fascinated by the history of English language and the etymology of words, so there will be many interesting facts in our lessons. Also I do sports, watch true crime documentaries and anime. Since 2020, I have been preparing students for IELTS and TOEFL, with many successful cases. My students have often told me that they feel confident while speaking English during our classes. I always try to create a relaxed and pleasant atmosphere to make studying process more enjoyable. That’s why I am sure that we will also find common ground.
Educational degree: master’s degree. Faculty of foreign languages, English language and world literature. Izmail State Humanitarian University.
Certification: ELTS 8 (C1) 2024. TOEFL C1 2025. CELTA 2025, TOEFL 5.5 2026.
